4. Plaid and Third-Party Services

Coined uses Plaid for bank connectivity. Plaid governs the connection process and related third-party terms.

Your use of connected services is subject to their terms and policies, including Plaid's:

5. Billing and Refunds

Subscription billing and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, refunds may be prorated by remaining days in the current billing period.

Coined is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coined is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Coined after updates means you accept the revised terms.

9. Account Deletion and Data Removal

If you delete your Coined account, your data is immediately deleted from Coined.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
